As others have said since the update having issues with booking classes. It pops up with Oops there is a problem when trying to book, then when come out and go back in, states already have a booking at this time but no confirmation email and nothing in calendar. Then some time later email arrives confirming booking. Given how quickly classes get booked up when released, particularly the kids classes, this is very stressful as unclear if you have been able to book it in the mad rush at 8pm!
App constantly stopping and I am unable to book or look up classes
Latest version of the app is awful. After months of using the old app with no issues we now have a log in that seems to think my 10 year old son is the lead account holder and the chat option which just says chat coming soon when you try to speak to somebody to rectify the problem.

Pretty good app overall. Wish the timetable and opening app was a bit quicker as booking classes before they fill up can be time critical, update seems to have made this slower. Chat icon is always in the way of what you want to click and switching clubs is more fiddly than it should be but generally is quite a decent app.
Can't create an account to log in
Been having some issues booking pt on the app for the last couple of weeks 🙃 would love to book a weekly slot with my regular pt but everytime I get the message saying oops something went wrong ...I always love the experience of visiting the club but the app not functioning properly really let's it down.
